In this document, “you” refers to the customer, “we” refers to Mush Brush AB, and “the website” refers to www.mushbrush.se.
By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are established in accordance with applicable Swedish legislation, including the Act on Distance Contracts and Off-Premises Contracts (2005:59), and are intended to provide clarity and legal certainty for both parties.
Pricing & Currency
All prices displayed on the website are stated in SEK, EUR, or DKK depending on the selected currency. Prices include value-added tax (VAT) in accordance with current tax regulations.
Please note that shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the order total.
Taxes & Customs Duties
For all orders within the European Union, VAT and any applicable customs duties are included in the final price. You will not be subject to additional charges upon delivery.
All products are shipped from Stockholm, Sweden.
Payment Terms
Mush Brush AB reserves the right to adjust product pricing without prior notice.
We accept the following secure payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Klarna, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed via Shopify Payments, ensuring encryption and secure handling of your payment data.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders within Sweden are dispatched via PostNord or DHL, orders to Denmark are dispatched via PostNord and international orders are handled by DHL. All orders are shipped to the nearest pick-up point. Please contact customer service when placing your order if you have any specific requests.

Note: Delivery times may be extended during peak periods such as holidays or promotional campaigns.
Custom Engraving
Personalized engraving is carried out by an engraving studio based in Stockholm. Please note that customized products, including engraved items, are made to order and therefore exempt from the right of return or exchange under consumer protection law — unless the item is faulty or damaged upon delivery.
Returns & Cancellations
To initiate a return, log in to your customer account and submit a return request. You will receive a return label via email within 48 business hours (weekdays only).

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in undamaged packaging.
Exclusions: Products that have been engraved or otherwise customized are not eligible for return or exchange unless proven to be defective.
Mush Brush does not offer direct product exchanges. To exchange an item, please place a new order for the desired product and return the original item for a refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. Returns sent without Mush Brush’s return label are at the sender’s own risk.
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 1–5 business days.
Product Disclaimer
Our products are manufactured using natural wood, which means each item will display unique variations in grain and color. These are not considered defects but are inherent characteristics of the material.
Product imagery may include additional items not included in the purchase. The written product description provides the accurate specification of what is included.
Mush Brush assumes no responsibility for injury or accidents resulting from improper use of our products.
The products are intended for use in equine care only. We do not accept liability for any damages or misuse resulting from applications outside of this intended purpose.
Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 250 SEK / 25 EUR to cover return shipping, repacking, and administrative costs.
Defective Goods & Claims
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receipt.
We follow the guidelines of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) in the event of a complaint.
Should a dispute arise that cannot be resolved directly with us, you have the option to submit a complaint via the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/odr
Campaigns & Promotional Codes
Promotional offers and discount codes are only valid during the designated campaign period and cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
Such offers are only valid on new orders placed while the campaign is active.
Force Majeure
Mush Brush shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from events beyond our control. These may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, war, strikes, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, supplier failures, or governmental regulations.
