Shipping & Returns


We ship to all countries within the EU.

Orders within Sweden are dispatched via PostNord or DHL, orders to Denmark are dispatched via PostNord and international orders are handled by DHL. All orders are shipped to the nearest pick-up point. Please contact customer service when placing your order if you have any specific requests.

Shipping rates:

Sweden (PostNord): 69 SEK
Denmark (PostNord): 75 DKK

Sweden (DHL): 59 SEK
International (DHL): 11 EUR

Estimated delivery times (excluding packing time):

Sweden: 1–3 business days
Denmark: 2-4 business days
International: 3–8 business days

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Delivery times displayed on the website are estimates. We strive to meet these times, but they may vary depending on factors beyond Mush Brush's control, for which we do not assume responsibility.

Orders including custom engraving may require up to an additional 14 days prior to dispatch.

Note: Delivery times may be extended during peak periods such as holidays or promotional campaigns.

Returns

To register a return, please log in to your customer account and submit your return request there. Within 48 business hours (weekdays only, excluding Saturdays and Sundays), you will receive a return label via the email address associated with your account.

Return shipping rates:

Sweden: 99 SEK
Denmark: 100 DKK
International: 20 EUR

Orders can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that we only accept returns if the products are in the same condition and packaging as when you received them and have not been used.

Please note! Products that are custom-made or engraved with a personal message (such as names, dates, or other personalized details) are exempt from the right of withdrawal according to consumer protection laws.

This means we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized items, unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

We are not responsible for products lost during return shipping if they are sent without Mush Brush AB's return labels. After your return is received, we will evaluate your order. If your return is approved, we will refund the order value to the original payment method.

Please allow 1-5 bank days for the refund to be processed. If you have received a defective product, please contact our customer service as soon as possible and we will arrange a free return.

Mush Brush does not cover shipping costs for returns and does not offer exchanges.
