1. What shipping options do you offer?

2. Do you ship internationally outside of Europe?

Currently, we ship to all countries within EU. All taxes and duties are included for deliveries within the EU.

3. What are your shipping rates and estimated delivery times?

Sweden: PostNord MyPack Collect | 69 SEK | 1–3 business days

Sweden: DHL Service Point | 59 SEK | 1–3 business days

Denmark: PostNord MyPack Collect | 75 DKK | 2–4 business days


International: DHL Service Point | 11 EUR | 3–8 business days

4. What if the item I want is sold out?

If the item you want is sold out, please check back later as we are working to restock our products. You can also sign up for our newsletter to receive updates on restocks and new product launches.

5. How can I change my order?

If you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@mushbrush.se. We will do our best to accommodate changes before your order is processed and shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.

6. When will I get my refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and bank.

7. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment on the courier's website.

8. What is your return policy?

To register a return, please log in to your customer account and submit your return request there. Within 48 hours (weekdays only, excluding weekends), you will receive a return label via the email address associated with your account.

Orders can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that we only accept returns if the products are in the same condition and original packaging as when you received them, and have not been used.

Important: Products that are custom-made or engraved with a personal message (such as names, dates, or other personalized details) are exempt from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with consumer protection laws. This means we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized items, unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

We are not responsible for products lost during return shipping if they are sent without Mush Brush AB’s return label. Once your return is received, we will evaluate your order. If your return is approved, we will refund the order value to the original payment method.

Please allow 1–5 business days for the refund to be processed. If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service, and we will arrange a free return for you.

Please note: Mush Brush does not cover shipping costs for returns and does not offer exchanges.

11. Where are your products made?

Our brushes are produced in Germany. Please see details about materials and origin for each product on the product page.

12. How do I care for my tools?

We recommend keeping your brush clean by using gentle and non-toxic cleaning products. Avoid soaking the brush or exposing it to excess moisture, as natural materials like wood can be affected by water and humidity.

Some of our products feature faux leather components that have been specifically developed to withstand disinfecting without damage, so don’t hesitate to clean them regularly.

13. How does custom engraving work, and how does it affect my purchase?

If you choose to add a custom engraving to your brush, it will be sent to an engraving studio in central Stockholm. Each engraving is done with great care and attention to detail. Your engraving will be in the same font and size as shown in the product picture. Engraving appears more visible on light wood, while on dark wood it has a more tone-on-tone effect.

Please note that engraved brushes are made to order and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. When added custom engraving, delivery time will be extended by up to 14 days.

14. The wood on my brush doesn’t look the same as displayed on the website. Why?

Our brushes are made from natural wood, which means each one has its own unique grain, tone, and character. These subtle differences are not flaws—they're part of what makes every brush one of a kind.

While your brush may not look exactly like the one in the photo, it will have the same quality, craftsmanship, and functionality.
